Hello and thank you for dropping in.
It’s lovely to see you are interested in my art and activities. I have been quite quiet on the blog posts as I have been busy painting landscapes outdoors, locally in North East England and further afield around Scotland and Oxfordshire while travelling around the country. I am currently getting some of my art framed and will be displaying these on my website soon for you to view. If you would like to be kept in the loop about when new art is available to purchase, please complete the registration form and you will receive a notification in your inbox once the work is available to purchase.
I took part in this year's Painters Online Annual Talp competition and I am happy to announce, that my piece titled ‘Homemade Cake’ was selected by the judges to be displayed on their website under the ‘Highly Commended’ category. You can view my entry here.
This year has also been an exciting year for events. In the summer, I attended the Alnmouth Arts Festival, an opportunity for local and non-local artists to exhibit their work across the town. I was delighted to be accepted to take part this year. If we met during that weekend, thank you for visiting! I also attended art fairs in Whalton Village in Northumberland and at Brancepeth Castle, in County Durham.
Upcoming Events
I am excited to announce I will be returning to Brancepeth Castle to attend their Christmas Arts and Crafts fair. The event is scheduled to take place from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November 2023. Located in Brancepeth and held in a beautiful grade II listed building, this event is acclaimed as one of the best-organised craft events in the North East. You can find out more about the fair by visiting their website. I hope to see you there.
